Noble Breeze

50 minutes or 80 minutes
This personalized massage experience is tailored to your needs. Your massage therapist combines Pedisage, Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques to focus on the specific areas of tension at
your direction.

Sports Recovery

50 minutes or 80 minutes
Promote muscle recovery with this moderate-to-deep-tissue massage, designed to relieve soreness following exertion or exercise. Gain an improved range of motion, increased flexibility and a sense of recovery from our hot and cold muscle balm.

Gentle Prenatal

50 minutes
A soothing body massage specifically designed to suit your individual concerns, focusing on areas of muscle aches. This massage is intended to promote relaxation and restoration. We recommend a course of six treatments following the first trimester.

Warm Stone Therapy

80 minutes
This full-body massage uses warmed basalt stones which help achieve a greater sense of relaxation. Special techniques are used with medium to deep pressure to softly release tight muscles.

Our personalized massage experience for the couple, will be located in one of our beautiful couples’ suites and filled with aromatherapy tailored for your needs, as our therapist orchestrate the massage exactly how you want it. Your therapist combines Pedisage, Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques focusing on the specific areas of tension in your body as you direct.

HIMALAYAN SALT THERAPIES

Meditation Himalayan Salt Table

30 minutes
Embrace relaxation on a naturally heated Himalayan salt block table. This experience begins with a scalp and foot massage using essential oils to put the mind at ease. Enjoy headphone playing serene music to encourage meditation.

Rejuvenating Scrub

90 minutes
Spend the first 30 minutes of your treatment relaxing on the Himalayan salt block table. Relax your mind and ground your chakras. Your experience begins with an exfoliation using Himalayan salt scrub, which draws out toxins and leaves your skin looking bright, hydrated and polished. Your scrub is followed by a soothing lotion application that is applied gently onto your skin.

Hydrafacial and Oxygen Facial

80 minutes
Looking for that must-have facial before a special event? This is it. This treatment starts with exfoliation and a simultaneous infusion of HydraFacial serums. To end, a combination of anti-aging ingredients are delivered through hyperbaric oxygen. Results are undeniable and immediate.

Soothing & Plumping Hydrafacial

50 minutes
This treatment is designed for clients experiencing a loss of elasticity and firmness, age spots and open pores. This rejuvenating special helps slow the aging process using the four-step HydraFacial combined with lymphatic drainage, red LED light therapy, and includes the Circadia ProtectPlus booster.

Triple Berry Brightening Facial

Brighten and rejuvenate the skin with exotic Riberry, Muntires and Pepper berries from Australia. Packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, these super-berries are designed to provide instant brightening and hydration to dry, dehydrated, lackluster skin.

Tropical Refresher Facial

The unique ingredients of Snow Algae, which is known to repair the effects of time, and Spirulina which is high in nutrients, are partnered together with the Marshmallow extract to reduce inflammation and add hydration while repairing and rejuvenating the skin.

Radiance Facial

Oxygen delivers hyaluronic and custom anti-aging active ingredients deep into the skin’s structural layers. This treatment incorporates Intraceuticals patented technology and a methodical layering technique to achieve deep hydration and a lustrous glow.

Quick Breeze Express Facial

Visit Spa Brezza’s CND Shellac certified salon for manicures and pedicures. Complete your day of pampering with hair and makeup design by one of our talented artists, using the finest products on the market.

Spa Brezza is proud to support local San Diego vendors including our award-winning skin care line, Skin Authority (Carlsbad, CA), and our award-winning sun care line, Coola (Oceanside, CA).

Prepare for your spa treatment at our luxury resort with the following key details. For you convenience we add an automatic service charge for your therapist to your service. Should you wish to add an additional gratuity simply relay this to our friendly spa concierge.

Reservations

Guests are encouraged to arrange appointments in advance. Bookings made the day of service and walk-in appointments are welcome based upon availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To schedule your appointment(s), please call our spa reception desk at 619-275-8942. Guests staying at the hotel may dial ext. 2942 from any guest room phone. While booking your treatment, please advise us if you are pregnant or have other significant health concerns.

Cancellations

We understand if you have to reschedule your treatment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged the full price of the spa treatment.

Arrival and Check-in

We invite you to use our spa facilities both before and after your relaxing and rejuvenating spa treatments. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first service time. This will allow you ample time to check-in and unwind prior to your service. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effects and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that other guests are not delayed. Full value of your treatment will still be applied. We request that you do not bring jewelry or valuables to your spa experience. Spa Brezza is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. To ensure the tranquility of our spa environment, we request that mobile devices be turned off and stored in your locker.

General Spa Guidelines

Guests of Spa Brezza must be 18 years of age or older for spa treatments and use of the locker rooms. We suggest not to bring any valuables to your spa appointment and a 22% service fee that includes gratuity for your providers is added to all services.
